Congratulations to Team Members Added to Principal Ranks and Partner Emeritus

We are thrilled to announce the addition of two new principals added to our ranks, and a partner transitioning to Partner Emeritus and Senior Vice President.

Longtime Partner Simon Caplan is now Executive Vice President and Principal Emeritus of Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO in Cleveland, Ohio. Simon’s real estate career spans more than 30 years and he has served as a principal at CRESCO since 2001.

“I’m not going anywhere. I’m not slowing down,” Caplan said. “But I am transitioning my duties as a principal to the next class of leadership at CRESCO. Now, I’ll have more time to commit to my clients, who, after many years, are also my friends. I’m looking forward to the next chapter for me and the firm.”

Eliot Kijewski is now Principal. Kijewski has celebrated more than 15 years with the firm, serving clients with an emphasis on industrial real estate.

“Change has been a constant in this industry from my first day, and the pace of that evolution is accelerating,” Kijewski said. “We’re leading that change in Cleveland, and my priority as a principal is to widen that gap…with us on top.”

George Pofok joins the rank of Principal after 19 years with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO, where he started among the firm’s first associates.

“I started at the ground floor of this company and have proudly been a part of its significant growth,” Pofok said. “Our growth trajectory continues to be high and together with my CRESCO colleagues, I’m looking forward to helping continue this climb.”

Each team member will put their expertise, skill and deep knowledge of the company and industry to good use in their new roles.
