Wholesale Giant Expands Headquarters in Sandusky Industrial Building

Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO professional Brian Smith represented leading wholesale supplier K&K Interiors in the acquisition of the industrial building located at 4101 Venice Road in Sandusky, Ohio. Founded and headquartered in Sandusky, K&K is one of the country’s largest wholesale suppliers that specializes in fresh design and product innovation as well as award-winning showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas.

The company was operating other warehouses throughout the city before deciding to move all of its operations into one central location on Venice Road. With approximately 305,000 square feet of industrial space, the building provides K&K the opportunity to operate more efficiently, while providing room to expand and increase their services. For the city of Sandusky, the company’s national success instills a level of pride for its homegrown CEO.

The company also owns an additional 100,000 square foot property down the street which they plan to use for a future startup retail venture that will run its warehouse operations through the new industrial building as well.
