Isabel DeRoberts joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in October of 2022, where she works largely in office leasing.
Isabel has an extensive background in agency leasing and oversees Downtown Cleveland’s largest office & retail portfolio at over 4.5M SF. This exposure enables an in-depth understanding of the rapidly transforming office landscape from both the Landlord and Tenant perspective. Providing clients with a comprehensive viewpoint to make strategic and informed decisions for the present and future.
Isabel has substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers of unique properties. Focusing extensively on projects that qualify for Historic Preservation Tax Credits such as the May Co. Portfolio and Samsel Supply Portfolio. Isabel has been involved with the repositioning of over 3M SF of historic and new market tax-credit eligible assets for redevelopment. She also has considerable experience in handling unique land searches that often focus on uncovering off-market opportunities for buyers.
Isabel’s background is in property marketing allows her to understand the importance of creating dynamic marketing strategies and materials. She has extensive experience in repositioning assets and the unique marketing challenges that presents. Her experience in project management enables her to execute large projects through a concise and client-based approach.
Isabel’s educational background in Urban Planning brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate. Understanding the many aspects of a property and how to capitalize on external amenities to maximize an asset’s value. Isabel provides a detailed knowledge of the role that design and development play in a project’s success.
