Fat Head’s Brewery is an expertly purpose-built 75,000 sq ft brewery, headquarters and beer hall dining space, with an option to expand another 50,000 sq ft.

The History of Fat Head’s Brewery

Glenn Benigni opened the first Fat Head’s Saloon in Pittsburgh, PA in 1992, and swiftly became known throughout the area for offering both great food and a large selection of craft beers.  In 2009, experienced craft brewer Cole partnered with Benigni to open the first Fat Head’s Brewery in Ohio, to supply not only the Saloon’s signature brews but also to expand the brand into retail operations.
