Broker Spotlight: Nanci Ferrante

Nanci stands out as a trailblazer in a field where too few women choose to pursue a career.

Starting in real estate research, learning the fundamentals, interpreting raw data and knowing the science of an industry where information moves decisions. That expertise is the foundation to a legacy of loyal clients, a consistent track record of closed deals and sustaining partnerships that advance her clients’ businesses.

Now a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Cresco, Nanci Ferrante is first to take on difficult assignments; she is persistent, excellent to work with, and unfailingly loyal to her clients. Nanci is a CRE professional who is both well-liked and well-respected.

Within Cushman & Wakefield I CRESCO, Nanci has made an impact on other commercial real estate brokers by serving as a mentor, helping both new and established associates set themselves up for success at the company, as well as within the larger industry.

We’re not alone in our respect for Nanci. Crain’s Cleveland Business recognized her industry impact with a Notable Women in Real Estate Award.

Nanci’s influence goes beyond successful transactions, however. She is a mentor to colleagues, generous in sharing advice, insight and guidance to women currently in the industry – or even those considering entering CRE as a career.

Outside of work, Nanci has had a large impact on some of Northeast Ohio’s smallest and youngest citizens. For the past 20 years, Nanci has led 3 to 6 year-old children in the Holy Rosary Parish’s Good Shepherd Program.
